Can I return something I ordered?
All our items are handmade and therefore may contain minor flaws adding to their character. If you are truly dissatisfied with your item(s) or an item was flawed, simply return your item(s) within 7 days of the date your package was received. Please contact us through [email protected] for a return authorization code.
No refund will be obtained without a return authorization code. For your protection, please ship all returns insured through Fedex, UPS, or Parcel Post.
